Critique for consistency
‍
I developed a design review system for our team that makes it impossible to tell our designers' work apart. With a quick message on Slack, we efficiently review designs without major disruption to our flow, and monitor for design shift. I trained my team in critique etiquette and fostering a safe space for feedback. In return, we've felt more unified and supported than ever.
